What do you love most about your job?
We love to help people. We care by providing them with the option to take part in their personal care. For people coping with disabilities, the elderly, or transitioning out of the hospital, it can be hard to know where to turn when uncertain situations arise. This is when CareOnDemand comes into the picture. We provide on-demand real-time access to (care) support workers when and where it is needed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We were inspired by the numerous calling to help bridge the gap of Canadians who are in need of support in maintaining their independence, health, and quality of life. We were inspired to increase their safety and security and to enhance their social participation through our technology-enabled care.

CareOnDemand provides real-time access to available support workers within your geographical area. No more calling providers after providers to track down the perfect solution. Our pool of PSW exhibits certain special caring skills which are naturally part of their personalities. They possess uplifting nature with the ability to listen and understand other people’s sensitivity. They have a higher sense of responsibility and professionalism. They understand your care needs and can provide you with a loving atmosphere of support, dignity and respect all the time.

CareOnDemand is a technology-enabled solution that automates patients' access to care more efficiently thereby enabling them to live independently with a choice and input into their personal care. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All staff have completed their vaccination including their booster shots. They continuously practice the Infection Prevention and Control measures.
Personal Support Worker (PSW)
Care On Wheels Home Support Service provides continuous Personal Support and Home Care Services to clients who live independently in the comfort of their homes. It was built to improve the connection of clients to the community. Among the services we provide are the following:
