If you are someone who is experiencing anxiety, depression, difficulties with life changes, self-worth, relationships, emotion regulation, personal development, or setting boundaries, counselling may be a helpful resource for you. I work with male, female and LGBTQIA+ community youth and adults in individual therapy.

What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting with individuals who are ready to make a change in their lives, or seek the support they need, and watching them discover new things about themselves and develop new skills that open up opportunities they could not have imagined. Having the kind, compassionate, non-judgemental support of a therapist can make a huge difference in your life, and I have had the privilege of witnessing that first-hand.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start my own business was the opportunities it provides my clients and I to expand what therapy can look like, to meet their needs, and explore what is most effective for them.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me if they resonate with my work, if they are ready for change or support in therapy, or if they need to try something different to make the change they want to see in their life. I come from a compassionate, client-centred, trauma-informed approach, with gentle guidance as a focus. In times of need, having an empathic listener can make incredible difference, so feel free to reach out today to see if we would be a good fit for working together.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, I provide online services for those in BC, through a video platform. This can be a good option for those unable to come into my office for sessions.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have an understanding that your health and safety is a priority, and that is reflected in no-fee cancellations if you are feeling unwell, or the ability to meet online, as well as mask wearing in the office when necessary. The ability for spacial distancing during sessions is also considered.
