The first time I seen Cathy was March 7th 2020...it was a private visit or one on one. My oldest son had passed about a year and a half prior to that. I was not sure what to expect...because I do believe in people's power of perception...but I hadn't had anything from son since he passed. And the 7th of March was my parents wedding anniversary...they had also passed. Seeing Cathy that day was absolutely incredible....Blake my son came through so strong and said and showed Cathy things that no other person could know or even make up....I was looking for a ring for a year and a half....he told her exactly where it was.... And it was right there...she could not of known that..or could anybody else....it was pretty amazing and so cathartic for me...he let me know he was OK and so were my parents. It truly made a difference in my healing as a parent. She didn't fail to impress when we did a group session...and my son...parents and nephew came through. I personally would have Cathy on speed dial...she gave me what I needed both mentally and emotionally to find some closure and thinking life truly does continue. I will be forever grateful More...

I attended a group session with Cathy in November. I must admit I was thinking,"theres too many people, I probably wont get read" NOT AT ALL! Cathy took her time and I can honestly say everyone in the room was touched in one way or another. I was lucky and had a loved one come thru, plus she also saw forthcoming events that could have consequences if I dont act on it now. She was bang on, and very comforting and reassuring. I highly recommend any and all yoga classes, as well as reflexology treatments with Julie Vanderwal! I first met Julie when she was hired to teach yoga classes to the students at our Elementary school. She was phenomenal! The students loved yoga with Julie, and were quite vocal in demanding that we have her come back the following year(s)! The teachers were just as impressed, so much so, that we asked Julie to run a weekly class after school year round for us! It was the highlight of the week! A calm, restorative, healing class!
