I ordered a $80 bouquet of flowers through my local florist company. I expected to get exactly what i ordered, SINCE THAT IS WHAT I PAID FOR. And I got a pathetic excuse for a bouquet. I would've been better off going to Publix and buying flowers from them, and making my own for half of the price and better quality. This is absurd what I received and I am EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED. We own a couple of shops in Saskatoon Sk, Cananda. I have been using FSN for a number of years at one of our locations and have recently switched our second location over from FTD. They have been a pleasure to deal with. From the sales staff, Lynn and right through to the technical experts on the web side and dealing with their google and other search engines experts. Their services and expertise surrounding websites and understanding of the floral industry and the challenges we face go unmatched in my opinion. I custom ordered PURPLE and white flowers to be delivered for a funeral. Asked for a Cross to be in the arrangement. I understand that a Cross might not be able to be found but they couldn't find a PURPLE flower or even a PURPLE bow to place in the arrangement! They gave us a whole bunch of pine branches and a couple cheap carnation flowers for $90. Why give a CUSTOM order option if it will not be honored. I absolutely LOVE Flower Shop Network. It's the only place I go when I need to find a real, local florist. I have used them multiple times to send flowers to family relatives across the nation. I ordered funeral flowers for my brothers' funeral, representing 5 siblings, from an FSN florist, Pinal, in Globe, AZ. They notified me AFTER the funeral, when we kept trying to find the flowers, that they had been cancelled! !!!! I believe this organization is a scam. Beware. Credit card was charged, no delivery made. Local shop was called, lied about having made a delivery attempt then promised delivery would be made the next day.
