Giving thanks that I discovered Bully Food Truck Inc. at the beginning of the COVID19 pandemic. I was so tired of my cooking and being a Senior shut-in couple to hide from that virus! No more eating out once in a while & tired of restaurant take-out meals too. (Well, except for Capital Pizza, but never did that every week. LoL)And no family contact! My son and daughter in law had them cater their wedding on Saturday, July 17th. When they told me this was their plan, I was very hesitant. Well I was absolutely wrong to be worried. The meal they served was unbelievable!!!! 3 choices of entrees, hot veggies, salad bar and more. Delicious desserts to top it off. They served 80 plus people quickly and efficiently. We’ve wanted to try Bully Food Truck for a while. We finally tried this weekend and it did not disappoint! We had chicken schnitzel with a lovely dill sauce, amazing spaetzle and heirloom tomato salad! It was so delicious.
