It seems like there were some challenges that arose during the cleaning appointment. I want to emphasize that deep cleaning can sometimes take longer than expected particularly if the space requires attention to bring it up to a standard that was why we called to inform you ahead of time. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay in the cleaners arrival. Language barriers can indeed make communication a bit more difficult and unfortunately we were not able to reach you on call to healp bridge that gap. Regarding the pricing it's always an idea to clarify the cost upfront to avoid any misunderstandings. If the cleaner had provided a price quote having that information beforehand would have been helpful. If there are any areas that weren't cleaned to your satisfaction we always come back to address them. Your feedback is important to us. The cleaners from Bubbke and Maple were early (2 hours early). They spoke only Spanish (no English). But, they were friendly, conscientious, hard working and thorough.
