Patrick organized a cleaning time slot with me but sent a clean team that couldn’t bring enough supplies as they had to bus from one location to another. They arrived 20 mins late due to bus delays and then had to leave early to catch the bus to their next cleaning job that will take them 1.5 hours to get to. I am sorry about this. In the moment we realize our problem in communication, we discuss with the cleaner a compensation for her to clean the floors stains by hand. We did make sure to add hand-help mops to the supplies provided to the cleaners

Very poor services. I had specifically informed the company owner what all I wanted cleaned. A couple showed up on the day of the cleaning service with minimal products. It felt like one rag was used and wiped all over the house without any cleaning products. This couple was actually further sub contracted out by this company so it went even them while cleaned my house. I had to have a back/forth with the owner multiple times in one day and dealt with him hanging up on me just so get a group of 3 men to clean the chandeliers - the biggest part of the work which had been previously pointed out. Brighter cleaning services were very prompt and responsive over text and phone when making an appointment. Patrick was courteous and helpful in the organization of the cleaning. Our moving team over-ran, and there was some misunderstanding with the cleaner about moving the time later in the day (their cleaner said they could return 2 hours later but then said they had never said this). Patrick rearranged another cleaner on short notice in our available time window.

However, the cleaner that was sent didn't do a great job. I gave them a very clear and simple checklist to complete, which was not well recieved, and then not followed. The cleaner also left without notifying us and did not give us a chance to check anything. Light fixings were not cleaned, shelves in kitchen and bathroom were not cleaned, blinds were requested and not cleaned. We had to spend time doing this ourselves. Not what we expected for a paid service. Oven, microwave, hob, fridge and other apartment areas were cleaned satisfactorily. More...

We used this company to clean our one bedroom apartment and it was a very mixed experience. Communication leading up seemed confusing and they messed up the agreed upon time and had to scramble to accommodate what was promised (they did work it out). Appliances were spotless yet other things we expected cleaned didn’t appear to be done. For example, toilet bowl wasn’t done, inside of the tub wasn’t done, bedroom had no dusting, a glass table was left uncleaned and super dusty and the place definitely didn’t feel professionally done. Given what a small space we have for $175 I was floored. I flagged the bathroom issues and they did offer to come back to fix it but then I kept finding other gaps and just ended up needing to clean them myself. This company really needs better communication around what it’s going to clean because it is not at all worth the money. I did flag this for them directly first but no partial refund was offered. The cleaners were very professional and did a thorough job. I hope they will continue to be our cleaners.

The cleaners arrived 35 minutes earlier than expected. For 30$ per hour cleaning fee and for 4.5 hours of cleaning for 3 bedroom home, they only cleaned the windows (and that too just few of those), the window sills were left dirty, puddles of water on the floor, overall pretty bad experience with them. Will not use again.

Had this company do a move in clean for a rental property I manage. The tenants were thrilled at the quality of the clean.
