Natalie - as a trauma-informed Registered Therapeutic counsellor and Associate Certified Coach - specializes in working with diverse clients who have experienced trauma, loss or adverse childhood experiences. They are passionate about supporting their clients on regaining control in their lives. Natalie believes that healing is possible.

Natalie offers Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), recognized as the leading trauma-resolution method. Natalie also integrates anti-racist and anti-oppressive practices into their approach to counselling.


Additionally, Natalie provides mentoring, and consultancy services around power, privilege, and anti-oppressive/ anti-racist practice.
