We have been here so many times and literally the food and drinks just get better and better! I am so impressed with this company! The decor, the vibe, the food!!! My husband does not like beer - but he loves your beer!! Sad we missed the growlers of the drew berrymore! We were excited to try! We had Bright Eye Brewing deliver dinner tonight and it was so good. I seriously recommend eating here. We enjoyed the Carnivore pizza and an order of the Brussel sprouts. The sprouts had so much flavour. Even if you are not a fan of Brussel you would probably enjoy these. We baked the pizza. It was super fresh and the crust was crisp. In love with the atmosphere here! There is easily no other place in Kamloops that is comparable to Bright Eye Brewing. The Staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. The Layout was well thought out and the food is absolutely to die for! We went for lunch and had the Brussel Sprouts, Pumpkin Gnocchi, the bright eye burger and pumpkin creme brûlée. No disappointment once so ever. We look forward to going back and trying other delicious looking items in the menu and also to sample the beer Well done guys ! More...
