I worked with Greg from Breakpoint as part of a provincial project to develop a governance framework for a new physician assessment program in British Columbia. It was a complex project with multiple stakeholders, competing agendas and funding models. That said, I admired Greg's expertise, professionalism, knowledge and (likely above all) patience as he facilitated our work, offered coaching and other 'nudges' to help with breakthrough thinking and a genuine desire for the group to achieve success.
