Q&As

I love being able to help people get out of pain and increase there range of motion. Even if a client comes in looking sore and unhappy, My clients always leave with a smile at the end of their treatment!

I am a motivated RMT that will work hard to get to the bottom of what's creating/causing your pain. I identify what postures you may have been in that could be the reason behind your muscle tension and help to increase your range of motion. The room is kept clean and the environment is very comfortable.

Services are done at the clinics location only. No mobile massages available.

Services

Centers on realigning the deeper layers of connective and muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the tense areas, either following or going across the fiber's of the muscles, tendons and fascia.

A relaxation massage is a smooth, gentle treatment that relieves muscular tension, increases circulation, and promotes a general sense of relaxation.

Rapid is a neurologically based, active, therapeutic technique that addresses the central nervous system's role in alleviating tension and restrictions within the body. Many conditions we treat are largely caused by overused muscles.

A myofascial cupping treatment uses a combination of massage strokes and negative pressure to lift, separate, and stretch underlying soft tissues. Cupping is typically applied on the neck, shoulders, back, thigh, calves, and upper arms.

This type of massage involves the use and placement of basalt River rock on different points of the body. The rocks are heated before use and the massage therapist can then apply deeper pressure to areas of concern without causing any discomfort.
