Botanical Cleaning Services

Full move out cleaning done today. The two ladies were amazing and cleaned everything asked and did it well. The oven was a real challenge.

I set up a date and timed been changed for cleaning at my house and the owner changed the date and time but did not notify me of the change. When the cleaning lady did not show up on the initial day that was set I messaged the owner and she said date and time had been changed and said she had emailed me. When I asked for a copy of email she found it in her out box that had not gone out. She assumed change was okay with me even though I had not confirmed okay. That is a very poor way to run a business in my opinion. Will never hire them. More...

Kristi and her team are the absolute best! Super thorough and I so appreciate the attention to detail. I found them through Albion Neighbours and after trying a few companies I found on that page, I was a bit weary as I had not found one that I thought was up to par. Kristi came and blew me away! I have Kristi and her team into my home once a month and they do a fantastic job! They are so attentive and work quickly. I have never had my bathrooms or kitchens cleaner ! Kristi is accommodating for dates and times and is always so thoughtful with our family needs (we have a young baby at home). I would recommend services to anyone. More...
