My Husband and I booked 2 SUV Stretch Limos, 1 white and 1 black for our Wedding on Saturday, September 18, 2021. Both Limos were clean inside and outside. I hired Boss for my birthday to attend a concert for us 6 ladies. i paid $420 cash upon drivers arrival as agreed upon. He was late as he was lost. So i didnt make an issue when we couldnt stop at the beforehand agreed upon stop that ide paid extra $50 for. He didnt know where we were going and needed direction even tho all the info was given over a week in advance. One of the ladies need a washroom badly. He drove by many gas stations despite 6 women begging him to stop. He finally pulls off King George next to a Smithrite Garbage bin and she had to urinate in the street, as he watched her in the side mirror. We were horrified! Then when returning us back to my home where he picked us up he dropped us off on the wrong street and we all had to walk, intoxicated, back to my home. Ive called and emailed them to no reply. If I could give a rating lower than 1 I would. I booked a party bus for 20 people for my 20th birthday on Friday. The bus came on time to pick us up, but within five minutes of driving I had an epileptic episode (a big seizure that made me unconscious for most of the night). Apparently after I passed out while some friends were consoling me, some of the guys on the bus got into a fist fight. That's when the driver stopped the bus and kicked everyone off. My friend shouted for the driver to not kick us off because I couldn't move and was having a seizure and he said he didn't care. After my friends carried me off the driver drove off, leaving me lying in the grass in the middle of nowhere where I could've possibly died. Now when I call Boss Limousines to get my money back they are refusing because #1 the boys that fought damaged a window brake (to which I said I would give the names and numbers of each boy involved in that fight so they can pay damages), #2 the driver had no clue I was having a seizure (even though 20 people told him and his response was "I don't care") and #3 the driver didn't know we had alcohol on the bus (EVEN THOUGH he saw every single person bring some sort of alcohol on and before I got on I asked him if it was okay that we all had alcohol and he just nodded his head. Now the company is trying to blame me for bringing alcohol on, EVEN THOUGH I had no clue that was a law to not have alcohol on a party bus and no one informed me (not when I booked the bus nor when we got on). They have also had my phone and wallet for two days and it wasn't until I called today to ask that they told me they had it, even though I called yesterday and they said they didn't have it. using this company in the past and loving it it was only natural to use it again except this time our driver was the club taking shots and dancing with everyone, and when confronted about drinking he said he was fine and to trust him, calling the company to complain we were told we were lying and that driver doesn't even drink but yet he was going 50 km on the hwy home from Vancouver, never again will the group of us use this company for the lack of trust and management over their employees. home safe but what if next time the next group isn't so lucky.
