Kyle is a really positive upbeat person and brought a lot of energy and excitement into my yard. He has connections for all the different things one would need done. We needed our yard graded and garden’s built along with having some large rocks brought in and placed. He helped me with planting ideas for both my shade garden and my sunny area. It was late in the season when I was organized enough to shop for a landscaper to complete my backyard project. I put my project up on Bark and was quickly contacted by Kyle Bond and he eagerly sought my business. I was impressed by his desire to please and his willingness to work with me to create a great backyard. My yard does not have any flat areas and drops 6 feet from front to rear. It was truly a head scratcher for me to figure out what I needed. Kyle was able to offer up some great suggestions as to how best solve this puzzle. He worked with me to bring my ideas in line with the reality of my yard. As we worked through the project he was in regular communication with me as to where he was during, and at the end of each day. Kyle was able to solve all of the issues of grading, and the end result is better than I imagined. Now that the hardscape is complete, we are waiting for spring so that we can select the plants for the yard. The quality is doubted. The ground was not digged enough deep, so the procedure of filling gravel layer was left out. However, the labor fee was still charged for this procedure. Customer needs to pay the tool rental fee, that is very weird for a professional company that has no tool to do its job! Quite bit disappointed. More...

Kyle responded within an hour. Great communication and feedback. Next day being today Stacey was here AM and had laid and leveled my 20 big stones for walkway by himself and done just over 2 hours. Stacey was friendly, polite, organized and very good at his job. I was impressed with the communication between Kyle his team members and me the customer. I have also requested fence repairs which Kyle has already booked for Mat to do. I definately would recommend Kyle and his team at Bond Landscaping and Design. Very pleasant and thorough. I will be calling them again for future jobs.

Kyle got in contact with me through bark. He was very professional, courteous and listened to what we wanted (We wanted a 10x10 rialto pavers for our gazebo in the backyard). We got the quote the next day and they were able to start right away. Throughout the job he would send pictures of the progress and keep in touch of where he was, what was left to be done, etc. They did such a great job and were quick, efficient and finished the job beautifully.
