We rented an Airbnb in wisthler through Bolld and it was just so easy and well organised.Loved the experienceLeo is an amazing host, Everything was perfect. The location was super convenient, we walked to the village and ski hill it took 5 min. Coffee shops, bars and restaurant at 5 min walk too. The place it self is wonderful  too. We love helping our clients find good tenants and helping tenants find their next home. It is a satisfying experience matching the right tenants with the right home and handing people the keys to their new home.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Before getting licensed in property management I provided maintenance services mostly to landlords and property management companies. Unfortunately, I got to see what happens when a tenancy goes sideways, but on the other hand how happy people are when they move into a new home. I wanted to be part of the cycle. Help the home owner to protect their investment by finding good tenants and maintaining their home.

We have been in business for over 10 years. We stand behind our work. With us, you will be working with a dedicated success management team available to you every day of the week. Our contract is flexible and you can cancel at any time. We guarantee that we find you a good tenant within a month or we waive the placement fee. All tenancies are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months and if your tenant leaves prematurely we will find you a new tenant for no extra charge.
