What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy the sincere appreciation I receive from not only clients, but also the people we work with on a daily basis. A heartfelt “thanks” goes a long way to improving the overall customer experience, and a happy customer is our number one goal. In terms of the nuts and bolts of my job, it involves spreadsheets and numbers and a lot of problem solving, but that's what makes it fun!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always wanted to be my own boss from a young age, but the inspiration of providing a better service, with a better focus on the customer experience pushed me to go full steam ahead. The stories of struggle and inspiration drove me to ensure every customer gets the service and standards they deserve. I always dream big because dreams are the one thing which are free and no one can stop you from dreaming to the moon and back.

For those who require, We can pre-program a wireless alarm system to be installed by the customer (SUPER EASY INSTRUCTIONS). We also offer phone and video support for residential clients looking for a self install system to provide step by step assistance in installation and activation.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The safety of our customers are of the upmost importance. We ensure our team is healthy prior to starting shift for the day. If our members are not feeling 100% we have them stay at home and rest. Our team continuously cleans and sanitizes tools, equipment, and self in-between clients, as well as maintaining a social distance during our install time. For residential installs we like to pre check the day prior with our customers to ensure all parties are healthy prior to entering.
