I hurt my back while working out at the gym. I was getting shooting pains that made my legs weak enough to take me to my knees for a few minutes. While I was down there, I wasn’t sure if I would be able to get in the car to drive back home. After a few days of struggling to lie down, sit, stand or walk, I got Keren’s help... After 30 minutes with her I got up to walk around, and for a while I almost forgot what the pain felt like.
