DON'T FORGET EVERYTHING IS 'HARD'
-yes, going to the gym is 'hard' BUT being weak is also 'hard'
-yes, walking 10,000 steps a day is 'hard' BUT going to see your DR every week is also 'hard'
-yes, being a carnivore is 'hard'BUT being obese and diabetic is also 'hard'
-yes, becoming rich is 'hard' BUT staying poor is also 'hard'
-yes, being consistent is 'hard' BUT hating what you see in the mirror is also 'hard'
-yes, being motivated is 'hard' BUT being depressed is also 'hard'

Of course. I certainly offer remote coaching. The majority of my clients are international and online.

Same as above. The setting for fitness coaching has changed. Most of my clients request online training from the comfort of their own homes.
