Postpartum Nutrition Consult
Get the support you really need during the postpartum period. These sessions are geared towards nourishing the body and repleting nutrient stores taxed throughout pregnancy. Emphasis will be made on important postpartum nutrients, common postpartum conditions such as hair loss, thyroid conditions, stress, and breastfeeding support.
This package includes an initial assessment followed by a written health plan, and a follow up video chat to discuss the health plan and implementation strategies
Each health plan includes:
Diet, supplement and lifestyle recommendations
5-day custom meal plan with grocery list, based on your dietary and lifestyle preferences
An accountability plan
