Awful customer service from Perrier. Can’t speak on their workmanship, but if it’s anything like the customer service myself and husband just received, I would steer clear. I called today to get a quote for new gutters at one of our rental properties and I asked Perrier to clarify what company he’s calling from as I’m waiting on several quotes from different companies. He was very unhappy when I said I’m waiting on quotes from 6 other places and later insinuated to my husband and myself “it’s wrong to get that many quotes”. No it is not… everyone gets more than 1 quote… that’s business. Perrier said “you need 6 quotes?” … if I wanted to get 10 quotes I could... that’s my choice. He proceeded to ask where I got their number from and I said I picked the top 6 places with the best Google reviews. Perrier asked me what I’m looking for exactly when deciding who to go with, and I said the company with the best price and reviews. Perrier then informed me “ if you’re looking for the best price we’re not the company for you”. I guess Blackstar Aluminum prices are not comparable/competitive to their other competitors such as CityPro, Century aluminum, DVC Aluminum, royal tech aluminum and home vision. If you call to get a quote make sure not to tell them you’re getting quotes from other companies. Cheers, More...
