I offer my services mostly online and I am using Zoom/Skype or any other application to communicate and update clients to keep them up-to-date about the progress in a project.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I work mostly from home. Currently, in Ontario, we are in a stay-at-home order so interaction with clients happens 100% via online applications like Zoom & Skype
