I appreciate Kurtis and his crew for solving an old problem of overspilling gutter system that created rainscreens over the entrances. They also added new downpipe and leaf catchers that should enhance the discharge of rainwater in the long run. The whole crew were polite, experienced, and handled the job in a timely manner --- before another atmospheric river! Yes, they also cleaned up the debris when the job was finished. The wood at the corners of my internal gutters had rotted. They replaced the wood, painted, sealed the corners, and enlarged some of my downspouts. My gutters are draining like never before in all the heavy rain. I dealt with Kurtis and he was polite and showed up when he said he would.
