I have to say I don't usually like having to install yet another app to order food but due to the COVID closures we wanted our Bin4 fix, and to support local business. The app was a pleasant surprise. Easy to use, detailed and fast. I placed our order and was immediately sent a text saying when the order would be ready and when I went to get it, it was actually early. We shall definitely be doing this again. Was super impressed by the take out service on Saturday evening at the Cloverdale location. Ordered & paid on the app, showed up and the resturant door was open (so no one had to touch the handle), walked in and was warmly greeted and asked my name and then asked to wait outside to maintain social distancing and my order would be brought out to me which it immediately was and placed on a table outside so I could pick it up. Friendly server read my order out to confirm it was correct and then wished me a good night. Was a super quick and contactless interaction which I greatly appreciated! We had carry-out from here over the weekend as were all on “social distancing” - in my notes I said “please make our food with extra love, it’s our anniversary! ” They actually gifted us a special treat inside, of a chocolate torte (which was INCREDIBLE, incase you’re wondering) with a note on the box, which was truly SO sweet - it made our whole weekend! We actually drove from Delta to Vancouver to try this restaurant and I am SO glad we did! We will be back many times over! More...

Totally impressed with my experience Friday March 20th at Westshore location. My family of 5 ordered take-out for my daughter’s 16th b-day. Last night I attended a presentation at the Stanley Industrial Theater and headed to Bin 4 in Vancouver before the show. I have a tonne of food restrictions at the moment, all due to health reasons. Our waitress, Mary, was super knowledgeable and cool about all my menu questions and requests.
