Easy to use and initiative so the visitor has a positive experience right from the homepage. They should be able to explore and answer their primary questions without having to reach out until they are ready to go to the next step. They should be able to view the website using any device without any special downloads or applications.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I like learning and working with different companies across a wide range of industries. It is really nice to wake up in the morning and look forward to helping great companies trying to achieve their goals. I never got that feeling if I was one of the other 50 employees.

It really depends on the client.
I prefer the initial planning meeting be in person as I feel it is better for communications.
Most of my day-to-day work is remote.
Progress meetings and screen reviews are best handled remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All meetings are remote at this time. I have been able to use Zoom and other meeting platforms to facilitate the meetings.
I have already received the vaccine, so things should be more flexible soon.
