I, Liudmyla Bielinska, am a founder of Bielinska Immigration Canada Consulting Services. I am a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), registered member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), and a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).

I hold a Certificate Diploma from the University of British Columbia in Immigration: Laws, Policies and Procedures (Vancouver, Canada); Post-graduate Certificate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Confederation College (Thunder Bay, Canada); Master's Degree in Foreign Policy from the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (Kiev, Ukraine); and Master's Degree in Germanic languages ​​and literature from Odessa I.I.Mechnikov National University (Odessa, Ukraine).
