I can’t say enough good things about Josh and Justine! I started with Josh about a year ago and a few months ago with both of them at their new space for Bootcamp! They are both very good at catching small things in my form to help me get better. It’s also nice to have a trainer who remembers all of your injuries and gives you different options at class so you can work out the whole time! Amazing duo and I can’t wait to get back to it after this social distancing is over. I would also like to point out that they are warm and welcoming no matter what your limitations are. More...

I’ve been working with Josh and Justine for 2 months and am so impressed with how knowledgeable and professional they both are. As trainers their attention to detail whether it be during their classes or on an individual basis makes me feel secure knowing they’re there to help me every step of the way on my wellness and fitness journey. through building their knowledge of how exercise works, what is efficient and what is not. What to work on and how to do it. Proper implementation of things like progressive overload, Adequate TUT, Adequate NEAT, Adequate rest/recover will help clients meet their results faster.

Consistency and hard-work. We all know what needs done, but sometimes we lack the knowledge of how to implement those habits!

The people we meet are always different! Each client presents us with a new puzzle and we have to figure out how to help bring out the best in them and help build the habits that will carry them to their health and fitness goals!

We love working in the fitness realm. We are kinesiologist and strength and conditioning specialist. We find this area of work fantastic!
