I work with clients to engage with their conflicts collaboratively with others. I mediate in multiple practice areas, including family, civil, property, and personal disputes. I give everyone who reaches out 1-hour for free to discuss their circumstances and questions.
Conflict Coaching
I offer individual and group conflict coaching. Clients don't always need a full mediation process - sometimes they need to work on a few key skills. In these circumstances, I provide affordable coaching for collaborative problem solving, creating and exchanging proposals, and effective communication.
Business and Corporate Consulting
I help businesses, corporations, and other organizations overcome disagreements and conflicts. Parties are bound to a confidentiality agreement, so nothing leaves the room. I engage stakeholders in an effective round-table process to discuss issues, collaborate on shared objectives, and identify solutions to move beyond organizational problems.
