Yes, we bring all equipment and supplies required to get the job done!
Commercial Cleaning
Light Clean: Show suites, light cleans after repair, guest suites etc. Included: Wipe down of all surfaces, vacuum, sweep, and mop. If laundry is required for guest suites there is an additional charge.
Regular Clean: Turnover suites, post construction cleans etc.
Included: Dusting ceilings, windows, and tracks (inside and out), light fixtures, cabinets (upper, lower, inside, and out), all appliances, rangehood, sink and faucets, tub surround, toilet, light switches and covers, baseboards, closets, and floors.
Deep Clean: Nicotine, heavy dirt and grime
Included: Regular clean plus a deep clean of all problem areas. Extra equipment and resources used to ensure the suite is brought back to its original state.
