This service is thorough top to bottom clean, designed to prepare a home for a new owner/tenant.
This service includes: All Rooms: Dust Baseboards, Window sills, & Interior Windows Wipe Cabinets & Shelving Inside & Outside Vacuum & Mop Floors, Carpets & Stairs Wipe Doors & Door Frames Empty Waste Baskets Bathroom Cleaning Includes: Clean Showers, Tubs & Sinks Scrubbing Toilet Bowl, Seat, Base and Lid Clean Dry & Shine Mirrors, Chrome & Tile Clean Shelves & Fixtures Kitchen Cleaning Includes: Cleaning Appliances Inside and out Cleaning Surfaces and Countertops * With this services Carpets will only be vacuumed. Please contact us if you need steam cleaning. * Cleaning Sessions are between 2 - 6hrs * Extra dirty homes will result in 10% - 50% charge
