I was pretty nervous to dive back into the workout world after a long hiatus, but Krista is so welcoming! She gives personal attention to each person, checking in and correcting your form so you get the most out of each exercise. After attending Krista’s Mom and baby classes and her women only group for a year I have to say I’m so glad that I chose to join. Krista makes you feel so comfortable and she makes a true effort to get to know you and your strengths. When I was on maternity leave it was so much more then an exercise class, it was a time to bring your baby and get to connect with other Mom’s in a time that can feel a little isolating. Krista’s mommy and me classes were such a positive experience for my baby and I during my maternity leave! The opportunity to gather with a community of moms and their babies a few times a week in a completely judgement free zone and get some much needed physical activity is something I’m so grateful for. Even though I was a day late... I finished the Glute Activation Challenge for January, and let me just say 🔥🍑!!! Not only was it new, great workouts daily, having Krista shout out reminds about what we might be doing with our bodies, which I mindlessly don’t think about all the time with my own body, was exactly the correction I needed!
