How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy diet plays an essential role. It helps avoid chonic non-communicable diseases such as cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart attack etc...
Dietary plays role at around 70% in someone's health and wellbeing, so it is the biggest part of the healthy lifestyle puzzle.
What do you love most about your job?
As MD and Nutritionnist, what I love the most in my actual job is provide sustainable health solutions with no side effect, and only lifetime benefits. I love watching people get their lives transformed just by eating the right food, exercise the right way and enjoy their life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My personnal experience was my inspiration. I went through a weight loss journey, mixed with culturals dietary frustration and unhealthy lifestyle as Immigrant.
I know how people feel. Today, as MD I want to fight more in prevention rather than keep watching people getting sicker, more and more when it is preventable.

First of all, because I know how my client feel, I have been there. Secondly, I am working with my heart not just looking for a paycheck. Also because I have 10 years experience as MD, 4 years experienced as Nutritionist and certified in Weight Loss Management and certified in Healthy Lifestyle Adoption from Laval University, Québec, Canada.

In this program, we support you in your effective and sustainable weight loss journey with a consulting service and personalized follow-ups in the medium and long term. This program is offered for a period of about 3 months or 6 months, recommended.
