Structural 3D model and BIM
BIM known as building information modeling significantly improves information flow between stakeholders involved at all stages, resulting in an increase in efficiency by reducing the laborious and error-prone manual re-entering of information that dominates conventional paper-based workflows. Bautech construction has seen this demand in different projects and decided to impmenet BIM in residential sector in lower mainland. Thanks to BIM a great improvement was observed in the process of build and communication between owner, general contractor, sub-contractors, architects, engineers, fabricators and material suppliers is more effective nowadays.
By BIM platforms, accurate 3D models of a building are virtually constructed. Precise geometry allows detecting any interference between different design disciplines automatically. In addition to geometry information, a BIM model includes data required during the construction and facility management phases of a building project. Data can be assigned as parameters to building elements in a BIM model.
Structural Engineering Service
Our engineering department are specialists in design and construction of houses and buildings. We provide consulting services for residential and light commercial projects to architects, designers, contractors, developers, and home owners. Also we specialize in the design and site review of residential and construction projects including new homes and renovations. Bautech Construction Inc. offer a full range of structural design services for buildings from conceptual designs and engineering studies through final construction plans, specifications, and construction administration services, site inspections, and shop drawing reviews.

Interior Design and 3D Rendering
We create renders of the project for our clients. 3D Rendering Services is the process of creating an image or an animation from a model by means of a computer application. Renders provide a more realistic image of the project and enable the owner visually see and feel the environment before it is constructed. As a result, the owner can make changes to the design or compare different design alternatives to choose the most appealing design option. Without 3D Rendering Services, the owner would have to construct the project first and then make changes after the construction, which would be very time consuming and expensive.
