What do you love most about your job?
I love working with business owners and seeing them increase their capacity to lead and manage their teams and achieve the success they have defined for themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working as a manager in several engineering firms and going back to school to earn my MBA I felt the best way to provide value and achieve my goals was to start my own consulting firm. That was 20 years ago and I still feel the same.
Why should our clients choose you?
I bring a mix of excellent academic horsepower (I still teach part-time in business school), over 25 years of practical experience as a hands-on manager, consultant and business owner, and a very practical and focused approach to my work with clients. If we can't create value in multiples of the investment in working with me, we stop.

I have provided all the services I offer in both a face to face setting and remotely via Zoom and have found both approaches to be equally effective.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
A switch to mostly on-line services and full masking in those circumstances that require face to face interactions. I am also 3X vaxxed.
Business Strategy
We facilitate and lead strategic planning sessions on an annual and quarterly basis to help clients craft their strategy and develop actionable plans to assist with implementing the key steps.
Business Plan for financing
Using a well established format that we developed in our work with the BDC and other commercial lenders we can assist clients in developing written plans to access both equity and debt from external sources.
Executive Coaching
Working directly with business owners or members of a management team we can provide one-on-one or one-2-group coaching around leadership and management issues to increase knowledge and performance.
Exit Planning
As members of the Exit Planning Institute and Certified Exit Planning Advisors we assist owners in evaluating their readiness for an exit and in developing and executing comprehensive exit plans that increase the value of their business and prepare them and the business for a successful sale or transition.
