Eagle ridge park experience was absolutely the worst most disgusting meal I’ve ever had. Waited a hour and half for cold food, a piece of chicken on a bun that was so over cooked it was like eating saw dust. The piece of chicken was so small on the bun you could hardly see it. No lettuce or tomato on it. Just a dried up chicken and bun no nothing on it. I spent 45.00 dollars and could have went to McDonald’s and spent 20 dollars and had a way better meal. Absolutely terrible experience and my first but last experience as well. Ordered $35 worth of food and nothing was ate…that being said two of the burgers I ordered was completely raw inside and burnt on the outside, then when I went up to show them the burgers were clearly raw…he takes them out of my hands and takes them in the truck to look at them and gives them back stating “he promises they are cooked” that he “wouldn’t give them out” if they weren’t…well clearly you did. & them when I walk away to go back to my car & he proceeds to keep yelling at me tell I get to my car. & after that I go and start to eat my meal (a sausage platter) & I check the sausage to see if it’s cook due to the burgers not being cooked & I didn’t want to be getting sick no one would want to be. Anyways the sausage was completely raw in the middle just like the burgers, at that point I was pissed because I completely wasted money plus could of got my whole family sick. Also the fries weren’t even cooked either. That being said I don’t recommend this place at all, they didn’t even deal with the situation professionally at all either. More...
