I was able to take my mom for her birthday. I made the drive from Perth-Andover to Woodstock. Well worth the trip. The food truck was clean. The area was kept clean around the truck. The food was spicy and great. It felt like I was in NYC at one of their food trucks. No styrofoam containers. Modern safe for the environment clam shells. We stopped at this food truck on our way threw Miramichi heading north I honestly wasn’t expecting the quality of food and service that we received the staff is amazingly helpful in recommending items as well as being so friendly. .. the food was amazing and although the portion didn’t seem like a lot but let me tell you I was so full that I wasn’t able to finish it.. wasn’t for lack of trying.. I get so excited when I see the food truck parked at King Street in Fredericton. I eat there every time I see them. Good portions, and everything is so delicious because they don't have too many items. Go there if you want delicious noodles or curry. I also just tried the garlic pork, and it was amazing!
