We had two great trips with Banff airporter. Finding them at Calgary airport was easy, and really nice that they load the luggage for you whilst you wait inside in the warm! We were dropped off and picked up right outside the hotel. Our driver on the way to Banff was clearly very experienced as the roads were icy and it was snowing a lot, both drivers were pleasant and safe. Overall a really great and stress-free experience, I will recommend to anyone visiting Banff More...

Banff airporter is the most convenient way to get to or from airport to Banff. Drivers are very professional and with door to door service is extremely convenient. The busses are very clean and the driver provides you with water and blankets to make your journey super comfortable! They also keep an eye on your flights and communicate with you if you are delayed when you land to ensure you know where to go and are reassured of making your shuttle or being booked on next available if you miss your shuttle departure time ! Utilized the service 11/25/2019. Excellent customer service I love the new 0300am pickup option. I was new to the area and did not do my research I was scrambling to get a ride back to Calgary for a early flight. Someone recommended this service and I was very pleased. I had the pleasure of travelling from Calgary to Banff, and then again five days later, travelling back to the Calgary airport. On both occasions the drivers were awesome! They were extremely pleasant and really cared about their passengers well being. They offered bottles of water before the trip began, and asked if everyone was content with the heat, if the temperature was ok, not to hot or cold. They were experienced drivers, not speeding, which would have made me nervous. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone travelling to Banff! More...
