What do you love most about your job?
I love the fact that I can help investors/property owners to protect their investment by screening well the prospect tenants. Also, I love making owners and tenants happy, by giving the best service they deserve.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A couple of friends had bad tenants, because they didn’t know how to screen a tenant and all the paperwork that comes with. So I have taken courses on property management and started the business! Also, I love designing and giving ideas on what to renovate, so I have taken a course on rental renovations, where I can help owners to get the best ROI.
