How we are usually shut down from trauma. The understanding, learning and desire to increase others health, wellness, energy and emotional intelligence of their body and mind.

I can provide therapeutic or psychosomatic massage meaning it can help you to understand why or where you carry tension or blocks in your body in specific areas. I have trainings in Deep tissue, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Swedish, Joint release, Deep Flow, Cranial Sacral, Myofascial release and assisted stretching.
Breathwork
Conscious connected bresthwork is a powerful psychosomatic method to reoxygenate the body, let go of stress, entrain our diaphragm and a cathartic experience every session. It can't be understated that this facilitated or solo practice is the best therapy for emotional release, trauma release, optimizing our health and training our breath patterns.
