One of my greatest strengths is holding people accountable and tailoring training programs to an individual's needs, goals and capabilities. With years of experience to draw from in terms of the technicalities of training, I have worked with a variety of clients, from 12 years old to 84, clients in excess of 500lbs, professional athletes, most with goals around physical fitness but also a lot where their mental health was the primary focus.

Andrew is a fabulous trainer.
He listens to what it is you want to accomplish, for me it was showing up and strength training. I also have limitations with some extremities and Andrew is always aware of that.
He is an interesting personality very supportive, good listener, polite, easy to talk to , not intimidating or over selling anything. Good old fashioned substance in character, I am a senior client and feel extremely comfortable with Andrew’s workouts. Tell him your goals and limitations he really listens!

I enlisted Andrew's services to help me get back into better shape as Covid took me down a peg even though I am active. Besides being personable, he really pushes me past a level that I would achieve if I was onky working out by myself. He is able to modify training sessions when I get a knock from playing sports and it helps me to keep on track for my goals. I suffer from chronic back and neck pain and overall lack of strength. I tried physiotherapy for over a year but since that was yielding no results, I decided to give personal training a chance.

I have been training with Andrew for 2 months now… Andrew has a wealth of experience and quickly understood my fitness goals and situation. As I have never worked out before, Andrew has been extremely patient to guide me on my form, breathing and progress. He always ends the session with stretching, which, given my neck/back issues is so needed and beneficial!

Andrew is also extremely informative and I have benefited enormously from his suggestions on my diet and overall nutrition. Andrew’s strongest trait is how empathetic he is; he not only supports your journey to better physical health but also provides guidance on overall well being and mental health. I also really appreciate his check ins.. you can tell that Andrew genuinely cares about his clients’ well- being and fitness.

I have a long way to go but I am so grateful to Andrew for his guidance, support, encouragement and patience! I highly recommend Andrew!

Andrew puts his blood, sweat and tears into helping his clients. He opened himself up in a way that made me feel supported all day every day, and always did his best to make my sessions meaningfully and purposeful. Our connection made vulnerability and openness easy while he simultaneously pushed me to dig deeper than I ever have. There is no secret! No quick-fixes or shortcuts. Proper training, good nutrition, hard work, consistency and patience.

I love taking people from wherever they are to wherever they want to be. Nothing drives me more than accomplishing goals and setting new ones. I'm fortunate to have had such a successful career doing something I am truly passionate about. I love waking up, looking forward to the day ahead, and knowing I get to form meaningful connections, help others and really make a difference in people's lives.

I am passionate about helping as many people as possible at an affordable rate, with truly personalized plans, flexibility and without corporate "stuff" or limitations.

Originally from New Zealand, I've been working full-time in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I have a vast array of experience and a number of certifications in both fitness and nutrition.

Yes, a number of my clients work with me remotely, using whichever method is most convenient for them, whether it be email, phone calls and/or text, Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp.

This is obviously not an issue with remote training. For in-person, all the recommended guidelines and precautionary measures are followed, but at this point it also depends largely on the comfort level of the client(s).
