Best bank I have ever dealt with in my 73 years. I was with RBC for 23 years and moved to another town, was mistreated horribly in the new branch. I am extremely pleased with everyone at ATB Without them , I wouldn’t have my home and vehicles, I wouldn’t have my shop or my business. I am very grateful to be banking with the Best Financial Institutions Alberta has to offer. I recently had an unfortunate incident and had to have emergency surgery. I was in the hospital for a month and a half and not able to work 3 months after . I obviously got behind and stressed out with the amounting bills ect . ATB had my back and the people i talked with to explain my situation were more concerned with me and my well being than anything else . I just received a call from a lovely lady named Nicole from ATB Financial. She called to tell me they noticed I was paying more banking fees than I should be paying and wanted to go through it with and find a way to help me reduce those fees. She made it simple and easy and it didn’t involve changing how I use my accounts, she just needed to change the type of account... no direct debits needed to change, no account numbers needed to change. All that changed is my fees will now be a tenth of what they were. I would like to point out, she reached out to me, I had not complained to anyone at ATB. I am very pleasantly surprised!! I have never had a bank call to tell me “let’s find a way to help you pay less fees” Thank you!! More...
