This is the first time we have used Assured Mortgages in Worthing and we couldn’t be happier. Andrew Troullos came to our house to discuss our financial situation and completed an initial fact fund which was simple and informal. Dealing with the administration side of things was Sarah Sexton and Rachel Rowland. I would get a response to my emails normally within the same day and even though we changed our minds on several occasions regarding our mortgage product the level of service was consistent the whole way through. We’ve saved over £200 a month on our mortgage and even managed to take out a lump sum on the remortgage to help with our wedding costs. I have all the respect in the world for this company - i was struggling with my mortgage getting to the number that me and my family needed. I spoke to Andrew at Assured and not only did he manage to get my number but they exceeded it, which made everything so much easier.
