Quotation process was easy, and they were the most responsive out of all of the quotes that I requested. Quote was the most thorough out of all of their competing bids and very easy to review through their system. I rescheduled three times and they were very happy to help and be flexible without any issue. When they arrived they had four guys working very hard and to clean the six unit building it took the full day. They were all very kind and very thoughtful without it even one moment of back talk. I have used A Sparkling Finish the last few years on our SF home and prior to this, I had a good experience. For a standard gutter cleaning and 1-2 windows being washed the average price ranged from $230-260. High but on the back end of our house is 3 stories and it's SF so it seemed fair. They were usually here for about 30-45 minutes and worked fast. Victor used to work for the company and lead the team doing the cleaning and he was great - the new guys were ok, not bad. This year, I went to do my annual cleaning and a person I spoke with (Diego) who quoted me approximately a 60% increase in price!! For the exact same job, they quoted me $543 post tax - a $200 increase. I was disappointed to see them greedy price gouging with preexisting loyal clients, especially during such a tough economic year (pandemic). I got another quote this morning from a competitor for $200 for the exact same job - and it was a local SF based company who could get the job done sooner. Time to build new relationships with vendors/providers who value their customers. Yelpers - call around and do your homework with the quotes. A half a grand is not a normal price to clean a couple of gutters and wash two windows! More...

We're on a view lot and have lots of windows, some of which are hard to access. John & Julio we're on-time, kind, respectful and overall great people. They were also masked and wore protective shoe coverings in our home. As far as their work, it was amazing. Our windows are spotless and they cleaned all screens to perfection with expert care. Serge was extremely understanding and helpful from the start. I was skeptical about the cleaning process, and if I would be left with debris and insects crawling after pressure washing. ... along with more dust or dirt from the cleaning itself but now that I gave ASF a try, I can say everything went better than I had even expected. The driveway and house look better than it had in a decade! I actually had been wanting to find a way to clean our windows and screens myself being sheltered-at-home for the last 3 months, with 3 boys under the age of 10 and it was like a sign from heaven when I saw a neighbor down the street from me having their windows washed! I saw ASF's truck and called them right away and the rest is history. They were able to not only get me a quote, but scheduled me in within days and the crew, Howard & George were both extremely professional, helpful and kind. They both did a fantastic job... my boys even said "do we even have a window there?" after they were finished, because it was so clean! The best compliment. Not sure why I never researched and did this before, but SIP and COVID19 has brought to light how much we need services like this! We just had our home remodel completed. I needed to get the windows cleaned from all the construction debris. On top of this, with the current viral virus COVID-19, I had to keep my family and home home protected by having the house disinfected after so many workers and visitors. I requested multiple quotes, within an hour of my requests, ASF Clean Team came onsite for a free estimate wearing protective gear: masks, gloves, and boot covers. Right there, I felt confident and hired them to do the job based on their professionalism and their 5 STAR reputation. They removed all the paint spots from the windows without a single scratch and cleaned all the sills, tracks, screens, and frames from the dust of the construction. After the windows were cleaned they sanitized and disinfected our entire home with the EPA's recommendation and protocol. The counter tops, door handles, floors, stairway rails, light switches, furniture, walls in the living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were all disinfected.
