Describe your creative process.
Fairly simple. We would first meet online (zoom etc) and go through a creative brief ( list of questions to go through who you are, main goals of the business and you personally set ). We would grab the details from that meeting and research competition and differential points that could tap into your market. Various brand touch points are formed to find a visual que that relates to the research and we start to sketch out and create 3-4 different looks that we could pursue. Once, the look/theme has been approved based on another meeting we would tailor/edit content and any other mentions from this meeting to get the project to a final product. Once, completed we would provide all files, including working files to the client.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We need to know you personally? As this is what drives your business. We want to know your goals and how much research you have conducted to make sure we are a fit. It's important to make sure both sides will make things work and put in the same effort. We are all about transparency and we want to make your company a success. So, in
What do you love most about your job?
What don't we love about working in the industry we are in. Marketing changes by the week, so there are many things to learn and continue to grow as a business and offer more services to clients to help them grow quicker. The industry is not linear its always evolving and its always exciting to push to greater heights using different mediums in different ways.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Business success from what was provided. We love success stories. We love to put in the work and watch things grow. We aren't about just selling and moving on. We want you to grow, so we grow. We believe in transparency. We have many skills in various things and have won awards based on these skills, but the most important part for us, is the clients success.
Why should our clients choose you?
Great question. Because we care. Simply. It sounds almost cheesy but it is true. We are passionate about intelligent design. Branding is not just a logo it's about telling a story. We have seen so many companies do create work but don't tell a story and put it out there to be a success and grow. We really pride ourselves on transparency in costing things out and providing a service that we always go the extra mile.

We could provide our services online or remotely. There wouldn't be an issue whether we meet online and go through the necessary steps to have success. We use Zoom, Google Hangout, Go To Meeting. Whatever works for you we will make it happen. If we could buy you a digital coffee we would :)
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are home based and always stay within the rules in Canada. We have done online meetings since the outbreak and will continue till it is safe to meet in person.
