I was honestly so impressed with my first experience at Ari + Blair. You are greeted with genuine kindness - no pretentiousness here which is such a huge plus in a salon as beautiful and trendy as this one. The decor is stunning, the vibe is casual yet luxurious, and the stylists are so insanely talented and knowledgeable. I had my hair done by Britney Staley, and left feeling so refreshed and beautiful. The quality of service is totally worth the price point. I'm definitely picky with my hair, and I've never had a better cut and colour experience.Their product line is also definitely worth mentioning. The products Brit used on my hair totally revived its condition, smell amazing, and add to the overall experience. They even send you home with samples so you don't feel pressured to buy on the spot. I had a great experience with my hair dresser. She was professional, kind, and the space was beautiful. However, I don’t think I would go back based on their pricing and the lack of transparency on pricing. The bill came to 200.00 more than expected based on the pricing they had online. The pricing online is based on the lowest price offered for services by trainees, however, on their stylists profile, they do not talk about their experience or if they’re trainees. They talk about “ what makes them happy” and stuff not related to styling or colouring. My price was slightly higher because they had to use more product, which I understand, however, as a client I would have appreciated knowing how much extra that would have been instead of being shocked at the till. I haven’t had issues of transparency at other salons. I did send an email and never heard back regarding some of these concerns More...

I’d luv to take a minute to express my thanks to the amazing Brittany Lambert!! She blows my mind with where she takes my blond hair, I’m so grateful she came into my hairs life! Lol! Truly though, this salon is so beautiful, the staff is so sweet, you can see they all really take care of each other and of course all the happy clients you see make it the best experience! Beautiful salon and nice staff. My hair turned out great. My only big complaint is the price... The salon was recommended to me and I should have checked ahead of time how much it would be. .. I was expecting maybe $200 for a cut and highlights, but it turned out to be over $300. I was shocked enough that I didn’t even say anything, just paid and walked out. As much as I enjoyed my experience, and I truly did, I don’t think that it was worth $300. I can’t afford that for simple balayage highlights and a quick cut. I have never paid so much. I don’t think I’ll be going back unfortunately. :( More...
