What do you love most about your job?
The freedom of running my own schedule and seeing the satisfied look on our customers faces when they say ... "thats it, it was that easy and it looks so amazing!" We make it look it easy but thats because we do this day in and day out.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was considered old at age 40 and offered a severance package from Nav Canada as a Electronics Technician and I was just done with the beurocratic life and it turned out to be a excellent opportunity for me to start my own company and use my buy out package to fund the first while until it became profitable which wasn't long! The market was hot for new Electrical companies offering same day friendly service.

We are small and intend to stay that way so that we can always put the customer first and know the customer is getting the best possible treatment because your technician is the owner!

Both, If you have a simple question we can do any type of virtual call like Zoom, FaceTime, facebook messenger video, Skype or any other platform your currently using and we can work together to solve the problem. If a site visit is required then we can discuss the rates depending on your location and agree on a time and day convenient to YOU!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We Practice all the safe measure set forth by the government and ask that only one person familiar with the project direct us on what to do and where to go and all others stay in another part of the house. We also use face masks and hand sanitizer and wipe all surfaces when we are complete. We have worked with multiple clients that are at risk or suffering from cancer or other immuno suppressant health conditions and have had no issues. In those cases we strongly recommend to go for a coffee and drive around while we perform our work to be the most safe. But yes alot has changed and we can discuss client to contractor basis on what levels you would like us to take.
