I can echo Elaine White sentiment about working with Ardi Toska. He did so many damages to my home which I can backup with many pictures.
He was hired to be in charge of various professionals, and totally failed to manage them. He was given the money to pay them on time, but on multiple occasions he kept money for himself. For example he was given money to pay Eureka Kitchen and Bath, and that money was never delivered to them. The same thing happens with electricians. Plumber complained that the site was never organized and ready for the work for him. The painting job, something Ardi claims to be expert at after 6 months, is not completed yet. Last time he asked what is code for the color in the house, and he is working in the house for 6 months using that color. We're forced to find another company to complete the work.
The painting crew, usually from Mexico, which he hired for the work was not stable, too many faces went through my home to remember, and many bad things happened inside the home. Credit cards disappeared, and were used and some valuables. He faked injuries, to remove me from home.
He made a mess in my home, front yard, and my backyard that he didn't clean.

Pricing: Over Priced 1 ⭐️
Communication 1 ⭐️ - he is keeping everyone in the dark.
Money management ⭐️He took the money that was specifically given to him to pay other contractors, and he didn't pay.
My family is put under great stress during these times. I deeply regret to hire this man, as he broke every single promise that he made to me and to people he hired. We all feel that we were badly manipulated by Ardi. Do not allow him to enter your home.

With all due respect to our other costumers ,unfortunately we have to respond to this crook and manipulator & liar. We did amazing job on the conditions we were given , when we first started his house especially his kitchen looked so disgusting and unhygienic that if it was a restaurant ( God forbids) it will get shut down by city inspection in a heartbeat. This manipulator named Zoran left the country in the middle of renovation and dissapeared for 3 months and still has outstanding balance of more than 10k, which we are dealing with. As of the credit card theft he is total liar and narcissist person , he told me that on month of April some of my workers stole his credit card but he only told that in September trying to not make the payment he owes which is so manipulative and untrue!!!! P.S . To all Bark contractors please avoid dealing with this manipulator named Zoran V !!!!

Unfortunately I have to write the Scathing Review!
I have given this man 3 different opportunities to clean up his errors, mistakes & damages to my home.
I have pictures of sheers covered in paint, see through paint +++
This culminates with this man leaving his garbage in my driveway - garbage!!! Committing to pick up next day. I had to pay for removal … I have to PAY for sheers, paint removal from floors - door hardware
Over promises - UNDER DELIVERS … Do NOT use this company
Ard was incredibly Unprofessional - WE agreed to paint 2 rooms / hallway w doors trim and he was great initially … agreed to moving all furniture to middle of room - no problem he said. 2 days - 2 people
He physically visited the site to price job
9am start Wednesday March 16th
When he arrived Wednesday to start @ 10:30 am he informed me his back was bad - his helper hadn’t showed up and proceeded to go in / out of the house sitting in his car smoking most of the day … he patched 6/7 areas … put some painters tape up in scattered areas … left my house like a bomb went off !!!

March 17th he showed up w helper and he then let her paint - do most of work while he went back and forth to his car smoking
He complained to me constantly about the claustrophobic feelings as rooms were small - stuff was in his way. I REMINDED him too many times to count that he agreed to move / cover all furniture … I should have taken pictures of the state of my 2 rooms left @ end of day !!!
Today: Ard arrived with his helper again and started Complaining about the length of time Project was taking - this was day 3 ???
I reminded him WE negotiated a price / HE didn’t show up day 1 work as no helper & THEN he says I didn’t ask to have small hallway area painted ???
If this was CHEAP CHEAP - you get what you pay for … $1300 CASH

We are still in shocked that you would leave such an unbased review !! For 800$ you expected us to paint the whole house !! Shame on you !!! You threatened us if we dont paint your hallway that you gonna leave us bad review , even though I personally did it on a goodwill . Your house looked like barn especially your bedroom we transform it to a nice fresh room . As of garbage we picked up our own garbage from the prep, if you expect us to clean your house for that amount you are so weong. As of smoking we did smoke outside of the property and keep in mind you had two smokers in the house . You cant blame people all the time.As a client i would give you -1.0 star!!
