We were needing to get carpets cleaned as we were moving into a new home and wanted to leave our former home in the best shape possible. Despite carpets being a little on the 'old' side and some heavy traffic areas, Jason et al came in, assessed what we could accomplish, explained the differences in outcome and then they went to work. Had to have the carpets cleaned at the apartment we were moving out of and gave these guys a ring. Got a quick and super friendly response, and got it scheduled. When the day came to get the service done they were super professional, did a great and quick job, and were super helpful with any and all concerns. Even did little things like cutting off pieces of paint that the landlord had left when they painted the walls. Which means they looked better than when we moved in. Can't recommend Aqua Steam any more, they were a great company to deal with, fair price, and did a great job. Will definitely use again should the need arise. 10/10! More...
