We had a fabulous experience with Apex Web Studios and our account manager Mark Cooper. The company have some great deals on offer and their service is exceptional. Mark and the team were very responsive and followed up with us frequently. They were doing a design service for us, for which they sent really helpful information and portfolios. During the design process, we were able to communicate with them daily via email and phone. They took on board all our requests in their initial design and in the subsequent revisions to the design. I would like to acknowledge the efforts made by Apex to rectify the issues I initially raised. The company demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction and took prompt and effective measures to resolve the issues that were previously of concern.

Disappointing Experience with Apex for Web Design, Hosting and SEO

I initially had high hopes for the web design project with Apex, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of my expectations. I would like to provide a detailed review to share my concerns and experiences.

1.**Limited Involvement of SomaLife:** While I initially thought I was working with Kais Shamoon and Bryce Walker on my website design, it turned out that SomaLife had to do most of the actual design work. This was not what I had anticipated, and it left me feeling somewhat misled.

2. **Unnecessary Purchases of Plugins:** During the project, Apex purchased several plugins that were not necessary, which resulted in additional costs.
This lack of understanding of the project requirements and a failure to provide clear explanations was frustrating.
In addition they have failed/refused to give us the logins to the plugins we purchased.

3. **Communication Difficulties:** Throughout the project, we encountered communication difficulties that made the process much more challenging than it should have been.
I often felt like I was not being heard or that our concerns were not being taken seriously.

4. **Lack of Responsiveness:** There were several instances where I reached out to Apex with questions or concerns and received little to no response. This lack of responsiveness caused delays in the project and left me feeling unsupported.
Delays were also caused by personal issues of their staff, or people not being available for extended periods of time, when time was of the essence.

5. **Delays and Incompetence:** The project experienced significant delays, and the final result did not meet the standards I had expected. The overall competence of Apex in delivering a high-quality website was questionable, and I was disappointed with the final outcome.

My experience with Apex was not what I had hoped for, and I cannot recommend their services based on my personal experience. I would advise potential clients to carefully consider their options and ensure clear communication and understanding of project details before proceeding with Apex.
I am not happy about having to do this, but I have felt it necessary to leave Apex and go to GoDaddy for their web/hosting services. I no longer have any confidence in the abilities or competence of the people who work at Apex. More...
