I started training with Tom in January 2018
2 years previously I had a bad snowboarding accident where I herniated discs and damaged nerves in my back.
I had gained a lot of weight and was 218lbs and had a lot of mobility issues. I had tried to get back into exercising multiple times over the past 2 years and each time I would break down and get injured.
From the first meeting with Tom, I felt that he understood my situation. We put together a realistic plan for me to lose weight over the next 6-12 months. As a former athlete I would expect too much too soon for myself. Tom knew when to hold me back to not injure myself again and to push me when the time was right.
His workouts were enjoyable, and they constantly changed. He also explained why we were doing each workout and exercise, so I learned a lot. I only stopped training with Tom because I returned to Ireland and I am now able to work out on my own and set my own programs. In the time I spent training with Tom, I lost 40lbs and am now fittest, leanest and strongest I have ever been. I would definitely recommend Tom as a trainer. I have played competitive sports my whole life and had been working out in the gym for 10 years prior my accident using various Trainers. Tom is by far the best and most knowledgeable trainer I have ever worked with.

The ability to watch others grow. We love identifying strengths and weaknesses and improving upon whatever baseline the individual presents. Each person we work with is like a ship in need of direction. We are the direction that helps empowers individuals to take control of their own selves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for Equinox for 4 years we wanted more. We wanted more responsibility, more freedom, and more room to grow. We wanted to help individuals across the world without being limited to one space.
