What do you love most about your job?
I love being part of my client's journey as they make small changes that add up to huge successes. Working with anxiety consistently shows me the incredible courage and bravery it takes to be someone who suffers with anxiety.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I opened private practice so I could specialize in anxiety. Many clinics and agencies work with a wide variety of mental health issues and I think it's important to be able to provide specialized services in order to be really effective in one area. I have a real appreciation for anxiety and it's function in keeping us safe, but I also understand how difficult life can be when anxiety gets in your way.
Why should our clients choose you?
The single biggest factor in successful therapy is the relationship between client and therapist. I provide a safe space that allows clients to express themselves however they need to, and where it's ok (and encouraged!) to explore different perspectives and try new ways of dealing with anxiety.
